Job Description
Perform clerical and administrative support for District Claim Manager, Claim Adjusters and other Regional Claim Office staff. Handle claims in accordance with the provisions of the Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act and in an ethical and compliant manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year's experience in an office or one year at a business/secretarial college
  • Obtain a Kentucky Staff Adjuster License within one year of employment
  • Courteous telephone manner
  • Average typing skill with emphasis on accuracy (35 WPM)
  • Knowledge of word processing software desired
  • Experience with office machines desired
