Job Description

The City of Marble Falls is seeking a Finance Director to lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management to ensure operational excellence and compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements

Eight years of progressively responsible experience and/or training in financial management or accounting, including experience in budgeting and financial control.
Experience as a Municipal Finance Manager/Director.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Applicable valid Texas motor vehicle operator’s license.
Must be bondable.
