Job Description
We are looking for a Client Relations Manager with a talent for team development and motivation to oversee a team of Community Managers in the HOA industry. The role involves providing direction, guidance, and leadership to deliver service that meets or exceeds client expectations. Requirements
6+ years of leadership and management experience overseeing a team of 6 or more
Proven record of accomplishment in a customer service environment
Technical expertise in Texas Property Code
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and legal requirements
