Job Description
The Client Representatives Team Leader is responsible for hiring, evaluating, and supervising crew members, providing guidance and training, and ensuring team service levels are met. The role requires a regulatory license and/or registration, such as FINRA 7 & 63, state, and SFC.

Requirements

  • Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew
  • Provides guidance and training as necessary
  • Sets performance standards and reviews performance
  • Generates reports and prepares presentations
  • May serve as the initial point of contact for clients or handle escalated issues via third-party providers
  • Ensures team service levels are met
  • Monitors team's communications with clients and provides feedback
  • Coaches crew on navigation of client scenarios
  • Develops and maintains proficient knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
