Job Description
Octus is a leading global provider of credit intelligence, data, and analytics. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day support of the Sky Road Product Suite, including monitoring daily scheduled jobs and error queues, assisting with configuration of static client data, and troubleshooting daily support issues.

Requirements

  • Understanding of core financial data domains including issuers, instruments, industries, ratings, and pricing of financial products
  • Experience working in a support capacity
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to join, pivot, and summarize data
  • Ability to troubleshoot support issues
  • Attention to details
  • Experience working in a team environment
