Job Description
The Glenview at Pelican Bay is seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to assess and enroll potential residents in their skilled nursing department, while also building relationships with physicians, and marketing programs. This role involves sales and marketing activities, resident/guest communication, and participation in community outreach.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in sales/admissions within skilled nursing, home health, or assisted living environments.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Long-Term Care insurance.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the Fair Housing Act and ADA regulations.
  • Must be comfortable with marketing presentations and community outreach programs.
  • Knowledge of human injury and disease treatment.
  • Sensitivity to the needs of the aging population.
  • Knowledge of the medication requirements and vaccine status of residents.
