Job Description
Cooper University Health Care is seeking a Clinical Practice Assistant to support the Clinical Cooper Adv Care Center 3. This role involves coordinating receptionist and clerical functions, ensuring smooth office operations, and maintaining communication between departments and the office manager. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, assisting with patient intake, and adherence to hospital policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of recent healthcare experience preferred.
  • Electrocardiogram (EKG), vital signs, venipuncture, capillary, and injection experience.
  • Electronic health record experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication and teamwork skills.
  • Outstanding patient experience skills.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Graduate of a post-secondary medical assisting education program accredited by NJAC (13:35-6.4) AND current certification from a recognized certifying board approved by NJ Board of Medical Examiners.
