Job Description
The Collections/Cash Application Specialist is responsible for collections on all outstanding invoices, assisting in various report generation and analysis, recording all relevant collection communications, and performing cash application of all customer payments to the appropriate account.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college-level work preferred
  • Relevant work experience may be substituted for college-level work
  • 2-3+ years of collections experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Dynamics Navision and Deltek Costpoint
  • Basic math skills and understanding accounting methods
  • Organized work methods
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and/or face to face with both internal and external customers in an efficient and clear manner
