This role is crucial for preparing students for competitive four-year colleges by coordinating college visits, managing student data, managing finances, and facilitating communication with students, parents, and colleagues. The Coordinator will also contribute to special events, professional development, and staff relationship management.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of office experience preferred, ideally with an education agency
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic finance skills and comfort learning new processes
  • Strong organization and attention to detail skills
  • Maturity and ability to work independently
