Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Requirements

• Provide training, leadership, and direction to multiple commercial roofing crews
• Complete timely reviews on all roofing workforce employees
• Manage crew personnel, scheduling, and issue resolution
• Maximize production while maintaining job costs, installation quality, and employee safety
• Train employees on safety procedures and safety equipment
• Recruit, mentor, and retain a dependable and knowledgeable commercial workforce
• Educate employees on roofing best practices, terminology, materials, and equipment
• Plan, administer, and participate as an instructor in Company-sponsored education programs for the roofing workforce
• Promote proper work ethic and enforce the Company's policies, procedures, and practices
