Worker's Justice Project (WJP) is a grassroots organization dedicated to addressing racial and economic injustices for low-wage immigrant workers in New York City. They provide worker centers, skills-building training, and advocacy to benefit WJP members. They are seeking a Communications Specialist to support community engagement efforts and amplify the organization's message.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of communications experience
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Spanish
  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Commitment to racial and economic justice
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and strong project management skills
  • Ability to work independently
