Job Description
Manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned property, including managing team members, daily activities, and resources to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.

Requirements

  • Manages team members, daily activities, and resources
  • Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations
  • Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property
  • Meets targeted revenues by setting rent rates, ensuring rent and fees are collected and posted in a timely manner
  • Approves invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers for payment
  • Controls expenditures by staying within the constraints of the approved budget
  • Oversees the lease enforcement process
  • Gathers, analyzes, and interprets current market and economic trends
  • Promotes resident satisfaction and retention
  • Conducts regular property inspections
  • Supervises property staff
  • Assists in managing the client/owner relationship
