Job Description
KBR is seeking a Computer Systems Administrator to support HQ Space Training and Readiness Command located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. A strong candidate will have background provisioning computer accounts, troubleshooting connectivity or configuration issues, and interacting with General/Flag officers and their staffs.

Requirements

  • Provide technical support for communications equipment, peripherals, networks, and software.
  • Configure / maintain government-issued cell phones.
  • Troubleshoot error messages, provide technical solutions, and open trouble tickets.
  • Support users at all STARCOM HQ locations.
  • Support and resolve issues within PWS-specified timelines.
  • Provide systems accounts for NIPRNet and SIPRNET and systems support.
  • Set up or modify user access to the classified internet and e-mail accounts.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity or configuration issues.
