Job Description
Execute full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, develop effective recruitment strategies, and serve as a liaison to prospective hires. Develop professional relationships with candidates and serve as a business partner to department leaders and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Five (5)+ years full-cycle Hourly recruiting experience, either in-house or at recruiting agencies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel, as needed
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and have an eye for detail, being driven to succeed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with server-based applicant tracking systems
  • Proficiency with job board and social media platforms
