Requirements

Ph.D. or Master’s in Economics, Applied Economics, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in telecommunications, spectrum policy, or regulatory economics.
Proven record of published research, federal testimony, or regulatory impact studies.
Strong proficiency in quantitative modeling and econometrics.
US citizenship and the ability to pass public trust clearance.
