Job Description
Corporate Receptionist's to work on-site at the Amazon HQ2 campuses providing a 5-star customer service to customers over email, on the phone, and in person. Supporting the organization through administrative tasks such as greeting and checking in guests, distributing badges, providing resources, and assisting in projects.

Requirements

  • Two (2+) years of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively deescalate situations with dissatisfied customers.
  • Strong conflict resolution, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and follow Northwest Center (NWC) and Amazon’s Policies and Procedures.
