Job Description
The Corporate Sanitation Director is responsible for supporting multiple Sanitation Managers across several Fed Beef plants, overseeing sanitation operations, and driving best-in-class processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or Operations Management or related field
  • 6+ years of related sanitation experience within food industry
  • Sanitation experience within the meat protein industry, highly desirable
  • Proven ability to lead, influence and inspire people and promote quality, safety, and teamwork
  • Strong computer skills and proficient experience with all MS apps
  • Strong organization, mechanical aptitude, problem solving, decision and technical skills
  • Strong communication and analytical skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to travel up to 60% to beef plants and other JBS locations
