Job Description
The Corporate Sanitation Director is responsible for supporting multiple Sanitation Managers across several Fed Beef plants, overseeing sanitation operations, and driving best-in-class processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or Operations Management or related field
6+ years of related sanitation experience within food industry
Sanitation experience within the meat protein industry, highly desirable
Proven ability to lead, influence and inspire people and promote quality, safety, and teamwork
Strong computer skills and proficient experience with all MS apps
Strong organization, mechanical aptitude, problem solving, decision and technical skills
Strong communication and analytical skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Ability to travel up to 60% to beef plants and other JBS locations
