  • Investigates freight issues and manages claims processes
  • Coordinates with terminal operations and dispatch
  • Prepares and reviews shipment and dispute paperwork
  • Supports billing, data entry, and recordkeeping
  • Conducts driver check-ins
  • Investigates OS&D exceptions and resolves issues promptly
  • Identifies recurring service issues and recommends improvements
