Job Description
Rubrik is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to drive all aspects of the post-sales Journey for Enterprise Accounts. This role is a critical connector between Rubrik and customers, aiming to maximize ROI, provide technical support, and deliver a proactive customer experience. The CEM will manage escalations, monitor customer progress, and drive continuous improvement processes.
Requirements
Become familiar with account background, stakeholders, and expectations.
Ensure timely responses and communications to customer satisfaction.
Develop a success plan and drive to achieve customer goals.
Monitors and resolves customer issues.
Collaborates with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
