Job Description
Real Geeks is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to support new customers in adopting their real estate CRM, website, and marketing platform. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS onboarding, or Account Management, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS onboarding, or Account Management
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through
  • Experience coaching customers toward measurable success, not just product setup
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to reach non-technical users
  • Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects in a fast-paced real estate technology or SaaS environment
