Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate, you are the friendly face that puts the wow in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. Our CSAs are proud to be part of a beloved brand that is committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day a little brighter.

Requirements

  • Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
  • Prepare food items and keep our coffee station clean and organized.
  • Operate the cash register, handle payments, and assist with lottery and ID verification.
  • Ensure our stores are well-stocked and keep our stores clean and safe.
  • Complete store housekeeping duties.
