Job Description
We're looking for Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to build an exciting career at Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. As a Customer Advocate, you'll deliver memorable customer experiences in the field, help run our Vending Machines, and provide a seamless car-delivery experience to each and every customer.

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer-facing experience
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Requires high and low levels of movement
  • Requires the grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items of 50lbs
  • Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
