Job Description
Kentro is hiring an experienced Customer Service Engineer to support their VA-ESOM- End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States. The successful candidate will respond to end user requests for assistance, interact with customers, and diagnose problems to correct customer issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Technical Support, Help Desk or System Administration
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline
  • US Citizen or Green card holder
  • Willing and able to get a Public Trust Suitability clearance
  • Meet updated ID requirements
