They are looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist to assist with pricing, quote generation, parts identification, shipping, tracking, and returns. The role involves providing top-notch customer service and upholding high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a face-to-face or over-the-phone customer service role
  • Stellar organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, and computer skills
  • Quality, high-speed internet connection at home
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Genuine positive, outgoing, team-spirited, one-for-all personality
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
