BrightEdge is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as a strategic partner to a portfolio of customers, helping them maximize platform adoption and achieve growth through the BrightEdge platform. Requirements
1+ years of direct customer facing experience
Experience managing a book of business and identifying renewal/expansion opportunities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high cadence environment
Knowledge of or interest in digital marketing
