This role involves troubleshooting, understanding customer needs, and ensuring high service level agreements are met. The ideal candidate will act as a customer voice, be familiar with the product, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in business, computer science or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in a customer support role providing technical support in a SaaS organization
  • Strong understanding of SaaS operations, customer lifecycle, and technical troubleshooting
