Nintex is seeking a Customer Support Engineer II to provide outstanding technical support to customers and partners, focusing on the success of the Nintex platform. The ideal candidate will act as a customer voice, be familiar with the product, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in business, computer science or related field
5+ years’ experience in a customer support role providing technical support in a SaaS organization
Strong understanding of SaaS operations, customer lifecycle, and technical troubleshooting
