Steadily is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Client Experience team in the Kansas City metro area. In this role, you’ll provide fast, accurate support to our landlords, lenders, and independent agents while helping us deliver world-class insurance service.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in a customer-facing role with excellent communication skills
  • Quick to learn new tools and systems; comfortable navigating multiple platforms
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently until fully resolved
  • Thrives under pressure and can manage a large workload
