Requirements

  • 2-4 years of B2B demand generation or growth experience (SaaS or enterprise tech preferred)
  • Experience running multi-channel demand generation programs
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), Outreach, and digital ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to measure and optimize campaigns
  • Experience collaborating with sales, SDRs, and/or partners
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to experiment
  • Campaign enablement experience
