Job Description
The Department of Social Services (DSS) is seeking two Deputy Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to act as a Partner within Human Resources Solutions (HRS). This role will focus on managing the hiring process, budget reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with HR policies, providing programs and support to the HRBP and HRIS. The position requires experience in budget and headcount analysis, and proficiency in HRIS systems.
