Job Description
Provide desktop support services to end users, handle incidents and service requests, and perform daily health checks on devices and network attached devices. Minimum 1-3 years' experience in Windows Desktop support required.

Requirements

  • Windows 7-10 experience
  • Microsoft Active Directory experience
  • Experience with GPOs
  • MS Office 365 experience
  • PC hardware installation and troubleshooting experience
  • Enterprise anti-virus solutions experience
  • Helpdesk ticketing systems experience (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Mobile device management experience (including IOS and Android devices)
  • Enterprise encryption solutions experience
  • Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory experience
