Job Description
We are seeking a Direct Sales Representative Lead to promote client residential subscriptions through door-to-door interactions. The role requires coaching, mentoring, and overseeing a team of Door-to-Door representatives to meet or exceed monthly growth sales goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent practical experience
  • 1 year of door-to-door sales experience
  • 2 years of experience with quota carrying sales or account management experience
  • 1 year of coaching and training sales representatives in a leadership capacity (lead or manager)
  • A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation during the workday
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards
