Job Description
We’re hiring compassionate and caring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with disabilities in living more independent, fulfilling lives. As a DSP, your compassion and dedication will create meaningful connections with those you support while also empowering them to engage with their community.

Requirements

  • Support individuals in developing life skills, such as communication, self-care, and household management.
  • Accompany individuals to appointments, social events, recreational activities, and other outings.
  • Implementing behavior support plans, teaching coping strategies and promoting positive social interactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of services provided, communicating with supervisors and other team members, and being an active participant in team meetings.
  • Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures governing the provision of services to individuals with disabilities.
