Humanscale is seeking a Director of Dealer Development to increase market share by implementing and monitoring strategies for dealer partners. The role involves managing dealer incentives, ensuring internal collaboration, leading team conferences, and managing sales metrics. It requires a strong understanding of Humanscale's products and the ability to navigate the sales process from start to finish.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales management experience
  • 5-10 years business sales experience
  • Strong understanding of all Humanscale’s products
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Solid understanding of ergonomic principles
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
