Job Description
The Director of International Direct Sales is responsible for leading a team of Account Executives focused on growing Articulate’s revenue in international markets. This role requires establishing global strategy, managing KPIs, and ensuring the team meets goals through inbound and outbound sales. Success is measured by meeting targets and maintaining a driven sales culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in building and leading proactive outbound Sales Teams
  • Proven track record of consistently leading global teams to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience in successfully growing business in International and Canadian markets
  • Strong presentation skills; executive level communication skills
