Requirements

  • 7–10 years of progressive construction management experience
  • OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to complete within 3 months)
  • Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset and hands-on construction experience
