Job Description
Overwatch Mission Critical is seeking a Director of Data Center Delivery to lead field delivery teams on complex, high-profile infrastructure programs. As the operational driver of our delivery teams, you'll work directly with hyperscalers and owner-operators while ensuring projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Requirements

  • Data Center Management experience (required)
  • A strong track record of delivering large, complex infrastructure projects
  • Hands-on leadership with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive team performance
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders
