Job Description
Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers. Leads the Single Billing Office team and promotes process improvements to drive automation and reduce errors.

Requirements

  • Five to eight years of progressive financial experience
  • Hospital revenue cycle experience and Patient Accounting System(s) within a medical center or health system
  • Detail knowledge of third party billing and collection processes
  • Familiarity with bank cash management systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong managerial, planning, organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, team-building and lateral thinking skills
  • Analytical mindset leveraging data to drive decisions
  • Fluency in spreadsheet, graph, and presentation software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited school
  • Certified Cash Manager or Certified Treasury Professional
