Requirements

  • Prior multi-site retail (commercial) construction experience
  • Prior leadership experience managing in-house and remote field associates
  • Strong mechanical skill set, basic understanding of commercial building equipment
  • Experience in financial budget development and management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
