Job Description
The Director of Sales – Liquid Bulk is responsible for developing and executing commercial strategy for revenue growth in the liquid bulk chemical market. This role involves managing key customer relationships, overseeing commercial performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. The role focuses on new market penetration and account profitability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive sales or business development experience in chemical transportation logistics.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level or strategic accounts in the bulk liquid transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of tank truck operations, hazmat compliance, and transloading or terminal coordination.
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and pricing models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and ability to influence.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform commercial decisions.
