Job Description
Sikich is seeking a Director-Transaction Advisory Services to join their team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in an audit or transaction advisory practice
  • 5+ years of experience with financial due diligence or advisory experience
  • Experience servicing private equity groups, family offices, strategic buyers, and investment bankers
  • Experience developing and overseeing staff on both engagements and career paths
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • CPA Certification
