Requirements
Provide advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and commissioning support for electric power systems.
Stay current with evolving technologies including hybrid systems, battery storage, and renewable integration.
Serve as a technical advisor to customers during pre-sale, installation, and post-sale phases.
Conduct site assessments and recommend tailored solutions based on load profiles and operational needs.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of power solutions.
Support project documentation, compliance, and testing protocols.
Mentor technicians and internal teams on electric power systems and best practices.
Assist in developing training materials and technical resources.
Possess analytical decision-making skills and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Ability to prioritize work based on customer requirements, while obtaining service goals and objectives.
