Job Description
The Electric Power Specialist is a technical and customer-facing expert responsible for supporting electric power generation systems, including diesel and gas generators, switchgear, UPS systems, and microgrid solutions.

Requirements

  • Provide advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and commissioning support for electric power systems.
  • Stay current with evolving technologies including hybrid systems, battery storage, and renewable integration.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to customers during pre-sale, installation, and post-sale phases.
  • Conduct site assessments and recommend tailored solutions based on load profiles and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of power solutions.
  • Support project documentation, compliance, and testing protocols.
  • Mentor technicians and internal teams on electric power systems and best practices.
  • Assist in developing training materials and technical resources.
  • Possess analytical decision-making skills and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize work based on customer requirements, while obtaining service goals and objectives.
