Requirements

  • Lead the design and development of satellite avionics and electrical subsystems from concept through production and operations
  • Manage project schedules and deliverables to ensure on-time hardware deliver
  • Develop technical roadmaps and recommend future system and process improvements
  • Ensure designs meet industry standards, safety requirements, and mission objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering workflows, collaboration, and communication
