Job Description
The Employment Coordinator is responsible for strategically executing the full cycle recruitment process for all JBS employees by identifying the best candidate for all open roles. The role involves partnering with Hiring Manager and Recruiter to define strategies, conducting phone screens and interviews, and maintaining positive working relationships with external recruiting sources.

Requirements

  • Partner with Hiring Manager and Recruiter to define appropriate strategies to fill open positions in a timely manner
  • Phone screens and/or on site interviews with candidates to determine technical skills and culture fit with JBS
  • Assist with continuous improvement of recruiting processes, strategies, etc.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with external recruiting sources
  • Assist with recruiting related compliance requirements including EEO compliance and applicant tracking
  • Assist with execution of offer and pre-hire paperwork to ensure all new hire requirements are delivered to candidates and completed in a timely manner
  • Contribute to company-wide hiring and HR initiatives
