Job Description
Manage ECMC's ethics program, develop and implement formal compliance and ethics training, oversee contracts, and handle insurance claims and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree and/or paralegal certificate
  • Previous legal support experience (5 years)
  • 2+ years' experience with ethics/compliance programs and policies
  • Familiarity with legal processes and terminology
  • Strong proficiency in legal software (e.g. document management, billing, or e-discovery tools)
