Job Description
Okta is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Senior Vice President and GM in the Americas Sales team. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and providing support across multiple teams. This position is highly visible and requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual comfortable with both independent work and collaboration.
Requirements
A minimum of 4+ years work experience in the capacity of an Administrative Assistant supporting multiple remote executives.
Experience with web-based scheduling and collaboration tools.
Flexibility to travel as needed.
Strong communication, planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
