DEPT is a pioneering technology and marketing services company seeking an Executive Director, Delivery to build a high-performing global program. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of digital & technical project management experience, 5+ years of program management experience, and 7+ years of experience managing, leading, and mentoring an internal team.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of digital & technical project management experience
  • 5+ years of program management experience
  • 7+ years of experience managing, leading, and mentoring an internal team
  • Experience with managing a variety of technology platforms implementations and solutions, especially Adobe technology and creative solutions
  • Strong cross-functional and cross-geographical leadership skills
  • Experience with project and team financial management
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving, organization, time management, and risk management skills
