Job Description
Setpoint is seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Secretary to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role is critical in ensuring the CEO's time and focus are dedicated to strategic leadership. The executive secretary will manage the CEO's office, handle complex administrative tasks, and act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communications. They must be extremely punctual, professional, and proactive.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience supporting C-level executives (CEO, Board members)
  • Proven track record in managing complex calendars and international travel
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and expense reporting systems
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in Business Administration or Communications
