Job Description
Join our historic family-owned resort located on the picturesque shores of Trout Lake as an Experienced Line Cook. Prepare high-quality meals, work closely with the head chef and kitchen staff, and enjoy our breathtaking surroundings.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a professional kitchen
Proven ability to prepare a variety of dishes and work with diverse ingredients
Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene practices
Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines
Creative flair and passion for culinary excellence
Flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as necessary
Physical endurance to stand on your feet for long periods and lift heavy items
