Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a professional kitchen
  • Proven ability to prepare a variety of dishes and work with diverse ingredients
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene practices
  • Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines
  • Creative flair and passion for culinary excellence
  • Flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as necessary
  • Physical endurance to stand on your feet for long periods and lift heavy items
