Job Description
The Experiential Learning Academic Specialist plays a key role in shaping and enhancing the undergraduate students' experience within the Fisher College of Business by designing, developing, and implementing high-impact meaningful experiential learning opportunities that enhances student learning and career readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 years experience in developing, implementing, and/or coordinating student academic and/or engagement programs and/or events
  • Experience with program assessment and using data to evaluate and improve learning outcomes and engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships with key stakeholders to create impactful learning experiences
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated experience preparing reports, presentations, or proposals for varied audiences
  • Ability to work with faculty, staff, students, and stakeholders representing a wide range of backgrounds
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy of completed tasks
